About the Barista Development Fund

The OCC keychain unlocks discounts to local cafes all around Orlando, while also supporting local baristas! A large portion of the proceeds go into our Barista development fund.

We created the barista development fund to help local baristas obtain additional education and training, which will open doors to opportunities for career advancement. Currently the fund is going to pay for individualized training for Orlando Baristas.
